The Nature Conservancy invites you to join Nick Proctor, TNC Community Outreach Manager with the Clinch Valley Program, for a trash clean up at TNC's Shepard tract. This event a collaboration with Clinch River State Park!

TNC acquired the Shepard property and is working to get the property ready to transfer to the Commonwealth of VA to be a part of the Clinch River State Park! Volunteers will collect debris and trash from designated areas and deposit it in to provided receptacles. Participants are encouraged to pack a field lunch to enjoy at the property overlooking a scenic portion of the Clinch River.


Prepare: Wear long pants, sturdy work boots, gloves, water/snacks.
