About the Program:
This monthly online support and coaching group offers a space to connect, heal, and navigate your unique grief journey with professional and communal support. The goal is to tend to grief as it changes and arises over time, connect with fellow grievers, and practice skills and learn creative rituals that support the healing process.

This open group is unique in its integration of a positive change coaching modality. Any small shifts or changes you seek to gently move forward will be supported and incorporated into our sessions.

Meeting Time:
The group meets on the second Wednesday of each month via Zoom for Healthcare's secure platform.

What to Expect:
The group will be a guided online sharing circle featuring:

  • Sharing stories
  • Dedicated creative time, including writing exercises
  • Movement/somatic-based exercises
  • Small group reflections
  • Community-based connection
  • Additional resources for education and support

Participation:
Engagement in activities is encouraged at your own comfort level. There is no obligation to speak, and you are free to keep anything private. The group is limited to 10 participants to ensure a supportive environment.

Before You Join:

You will have an assessment meeting or phone call with the facilitator to ensure this is the right group for you.
