Join Erica for the Soul Essentials Retreat, a soulful, immersive experience dedicated to healing and self-discovery. Set against the serene backdrop of nature, this retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself and the divine through a variety of nurturing practices.
Retreat Highlights:
- April 18 (Good Friday):
7:30 AM: Begin with an opening Cacao ceremony, followed by a guided meditation and prayerful Nueva Alma Flow yoga class outdoors. - Enjoy free time for walking, journaling, rest, prayer, reflection and exploration.
- Indulge in a light brunch and dinner, with unlimited coffee, tea, water, and snacks available throughout the day.
- Engage in enriching workshops: The Essential Oils of the Bible, The Anatomy of Prayer, and Intro to Meditation using The Compass Leads the Way.
- Participate in a creative afternoon garden flower mandala meditation, followed by a soothing Forest Bathing Sound Bath, and conclude your day with a Yoga Nidra session under the stars.
- April 19:
7:00 AM: Start your day with light yoga and guided meditation, followed by a light breakfast. - Enjoy time to walk the beautiful grounds before departure at 10:30 AM.

- Glamping: Arrive on April 17 for $299.
- Day Pass: $199 for April 18.
- One Night Glamping: $222, with early arrival at 6:45 AM.

Please Note:
Transportation is not included. Attendees must provide their own camping gear, towels, and toiletries. Tent Camping only. No RVs or Trailers. Camping tents limited to a max size capacity of 4-6 people. No mega tents. This is a private Finca. Therefore, you will need to clean up after yourselves and remove all debris and trash. There is to be no picking of fruit from the trees or lighting of fires.
