What will I need?

An hour with limited distractions and anything to help you be most comfortable.

Is this only for people who have lost a person?

No, this space is for all forms of loss or transition—past, present, or anticipated. Whether you're grieving a person, breakup, identity shift, job, pet, physical change, or societal issues like climate change or oppression, you're welcome here to be held in community.

Do I have to share?

No. There will be opportunities to share verbally or in the chat. You are welcome to engage as much, or as little as you want.

Do I have to have my camera on?

You'll be asked to turn your camera on briefly when joining to ensure you're not a bot. After that, it's optional. Keeping it on can help foster connection, but you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

What are somatic practices?

Somatic practices are exercises we do to bring attention to our bodies. This may include things like tapping, movement, breathing, pressing, and gentle stretching.

Where is the link?

Once a ticket is "purchased," you will have access to the Attendee page, which contains the Zoom link for the event.

What if I can't be there on time?

The practices are meant to help you ground and settle into the space with others but are not required. You are welcome to join whenever you are ready.
