Frequently asked questions
An hour with limited distractions and anything to help you be most comfortable.
No, this space is for all forms of loss or transition—past, present, or anticipated. Whether you're grieving a person, breakup, identity shift, job, pet, physical change, or societal issues like climate change or oppression, you're welcome here to be held in community.
No. There will be opportunities to share verbally or in the chat. You are welcome to engage as much, or as little as you want.
You'll be asked to turn your camera on briefly when joining to ensure you're not a bot. After that, it's optional. Keeping it on can help foster connection, but you're welcome to participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.
Somatic practices are exercises we do to bring attention to our bodies. This may include things like tapping, movement, breathing, pressing, and gentle stretching.
Once a ticket is "purchased," you will have access to the Attendee page, which contains the Zoom link for the event.
The practices are meant to help you ground and settle into the space with others but are not required. You are welcome to join whenever you are ready.
