Each month, I host a circle for mothers who are on their own healing journeys. This is an inclusive space, trauma-sensitive, conscious and self-aware, and committed to doing our best (because that's all any of us can do!) with kindness and self-compassion.
This is an intimate, supportive space to reflect, share, and heal in a virtual “village”. This is a space to be seen, held, and supported. It's also a space to connect, explore, and deepen practices that are meaningful for you.
It’s not about giving parenting advice, or adding to the mom guilt and shame, it’s about supporting each mother on her own holistic healing journey - in body, mind, and spirit - within a community of people who get it.
About your facilitator:
El [she/they] is a somatic coach for female-bodied caretakers. They work with those whose are navigating a healing journey while also on a motherhood journey. El serves as a guide for you on your own unique healing journey from stress, overwhelm, and burnout to peace, balance, and resiliency using mindfulness, somatics, and nervous system regulation so you can be your most authentic, fulfilled, badass self. El is a certified motherhood coach, and currently persuing a somatic certification for women. El previously had a 14-year career in nonprofit policy advocacy before hitting burnout and starting her healing journey. You can find out more about their work at www.mindfulhealingmama.com.
