NO RED TAPE: The Morning Movers fitness group is available to the public with no other qualifications needed to participate. Unlike most other senior programs that require medical insurance to participate, our program is available to all who wish to join.
NO SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT: or clothing is needed to participate in the workouts. However, if you acquire these items it will enhance your experience:

• 23" - 30" Yoga Ball
• 6" - 9" Pilates ball
• Yoga Mat
• 5lb - 15lb Dumbells
• Resistance Bands
• Water bottle
