World Upside Down Arts Studios, located in Greenville, SC, offers an enriching musical theater program for students ages 5–17. Our participants rehearse weekly during the spring and fall semesters, each culminating in a captivating seasonal performance. Do you offer reserved seating?

No, we do not offer reserved seating. Cast Members and their guests along with Behind-the-scenes patrons guests may reserve their seats for patrons with tickets one hour before the show starts. Doors to the auditorium open to all other patrons 30 minutes before the show starts.

Can one person in my party reserve seats for the rest of my party?

Yes. Because we do not offer reserved seating, one person in your party can reserve seats for the remaining group of ticketed patrons. The earliest check-in for General Admission patrons is 30 minutes before the show.

What should I do when I arrive?

Confirm ticket confirmation at the front desk in the lobby to get a bracelet which gives you access to the auditorium and your seats as soon as doors open.

What time does the behind-the-scenes tour start?

Behind-the-scenes patrons should arrive one hour before the show to check in at the front desk and reserve their seats in the auditorium. The tour guide will meet you there and start your tour 45 minutes before the show. The tour is approximately 30 minutes.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

You can purchase tickets at the door, but we will try to sell out the event online before we open the first show, so we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online as quickly as possible to secure your seat/s!

Can I purchase tickets for someone else?

Yes! Just provide them with the ticket purchase confirmation code so they can use it for check-in before the show.

Where can I park?

Free parking is located on the street and in the parking lot next to and behind the venue.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for tickets for up to 30 days before the event. The refund does not cover the transaction fee.

Do you have ADA / wheelchair accessible seating?

Yes, we provide ADA / wheelchair accessible seating for each show.
