Program Overview
Title: The Holistic Pregnancy Journey: Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit Format: Virtual Training Program (Self-paced with live sessions) Duration: 4 Weeks Target Audience: Pregnant women (all trimesters) seeking a comprehensive, holistic approach to pregnancy wellness.
