About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 50 minutes
More than a simple breath work session—you'll encounter the Cosmic Egg.
A transformative “Happening” led by certified Wim Hof Method instructor and artist, John Whitaker, The Cosmic Egg will draw you to engage with breathwork, movement, sound and music in a magical setting. Immerse yourself in the sound alchemy of indigenous instruments—resonant taiko drums, ancient flutes, chimes, and singing bowls—performed live by seasoned musicians and drummers, creating a powerful sonic landscape for your breathwork journey.
In participating in this breathwork, you will experience a boost in your health & vitality, invigorating your body & mind with beneficial endorphins, while lowering inflammation and increasing oxygen absorption in your body’s vital organs. Beyond these health benefits, as with many participants, you may experience a rush of heightened creativity, along with a pleasant sense of well-being upon completion.
This event will begin promptly at 7:40 pm. Please account for time required to find street parking. The location is inside a warehouse and you will need to be guided inside by one of the facilitators. We are unable to allow for late entry once the event has started and the door is closed.
