ABOUT US: The Connect Retreat

The Connect Retreat is an all-women all-inclusive luxury mental health & nature retreat that takes place annually in late summer to early fall in the Catskill Region and surrounding areas of New York State.

The Connect Retreat was designed to create a space for women to disconnect from their role overload and re-connect with themselves and nature. Our Connect Retreat venues are hand selected yearly with luxury accommodation, serene and beautiful landscapes, and wellness services in mind.

It is our goal that retreat sisters leave feeling seen, heard, loved, and ready to apply their new-found insights to continue enhancing their wellbeing — ultimately leading to a more confident, congruent, balanced, and meaningful life.

Best of all benefits, guests join our Connect Retreat sisterhood and form life-long bonds, coming back each year to re-connect as well as participating in wellness and bonding events throughout the year.

We welcome all interested women to join — all mindfulness practice levels, first-timers, solo travelers, those who wish to bring a friend, all outdoor activity skill levels, all ages (18+), all backgrounds.

We screen our guests to ensure fit, continued group safety, and so we can best meet the unique needs of each guest. If you have any questions please reach out to Dr. Sarah Baquet at sarahbaquet@candormentalhealth.com!
