Do you accept credit/debit?

Accepted Answer

Both cash and credit/debit are accepted for fair entry and ride tickets/wristbands. Some vendors may only accept cash. We recommend you bring some cash for games and food. ATMs are available on site. Please note they do include surcharges.

Question 2

Are there rides for smaller kids?

Accepted Answer

Big or small there’s fun for ALL! For our little ride enthusiasts, children as small as 36″ can enjoy certain rides if they’re accompanied by an adult. Otherwise, they need to be at least 42″ or 48″ (depending on the ride) to ride alone. Every rider, kids and adults, will need a ticket or wristband.

What happens during inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

We are open rain or shine. However, bad or severe weather can close, delay, or cancel the fair entirely or just some attractions and events. We will keep everyone updated via our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Question 4

Are there scooter, wheelchair, stroller, or wagon rentals?

Accepted Answer

We do not currently provide rentals for these items. We encourage you to bring your own. Though some grass and gravel areas exist, most of the fair’s walkways are paved. Please plan so everyone in your party will enjoy their time here.

Question 5

Can you leave and re-enter the fair?

Accepted Answer

For the safety and security of our patrons, re-entry back into the fair is prohibited.

Question 6

Does the Charlotte Fair offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

The Charlotte Fair will honor refunds up to 1 day before event.
