Colliers is excited to present the 4th Annual Multifamily Symposium in Pittsburgh, PA! This full-day event will feature both national and local experts giving keynote presentations on regional legal, tax, construction, and economic updates; we'll also be hosting several insightful panel discussions regarding multifamily development, leasing and management, and the current Pittsburgh CRE market.

This year's symposium will be held at the City Winery in Pittsburgh's Strip District on April 3rd, 2025, from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Since we've got an early start, your registration will include breakfast, all-day coffee, and a light lunch - as well as a post-event happy hour!

Where can I park?

Parking options within a close proximity to venue are the Strip District Terminal Parking Lot, 1600 Smallman Garage, PPG Public Parking lot, and the ALCO Parking Garage at the corner of 15th St and Smallman St.

Where can I eat?

We'll be serving breakfast and lunch during the conference, but additional options within walking distance include: Primanti Bros, Starbucks, Peppi's, Shake Shack, Iron Born Pizza & Pasta, Luke Wholey's, Roland's Seafood Grill, and more!
