Welcome to the Texas Health Community Member Focus Group!

Location: East Cleburne Community Center Cafeteria

Texas Health invites you to join a community focus group as part of the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The goal is to find ways to improve health in the Cleburne area and learn about the challenges residents face.


This in-person group gives you a chance to share your ideas and concerns. We’ll ask questions about health issues in the community and your experiences. The session will last 60 minutes, and we’ll try to hear from everyone.
