Sip & Savor: Exclusive Fortaleza and Tres Generaciones Tequila Tasting & Mixology Class
Join us for an unforgettable evening of tequila tasting and hands-on mixology led by the founder of &Cheers, and the owner of Margeaux Supper Parlor, Rebekah!
You’ll sample three exceptional Fortaleza tequilas, including a rare bottle Rebekah brought back directly from the distillery in Jalisco. Learn what makes Fortaleza one of the most sought-after tequilas, with behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the iconic distillery.
Fortaleza tequila has become difficult to source in Massachusetts, making this event even more special for tequila connoisseurs.
After the tasting, dive into the mixology portion of the event, where you’ll craft two classic cocktails using Tres Generaciones—the “original” Fortaleza tequila:
- Grilled Pineapple Margarita (with an optional Ancho Chile kick)
- Classic Paloma
Each participant will have their own "bar station" where you can use the same tools, ingredients, and spirits, as the pros behind the bar to craft your classic tequila cocktails.
Enjoy delicious food pairings prepared by our chef:
- Homemade chips with pico de gallo & salsa verde
- Crispy shrimp taco & carne asada taco (vegetarian option available)
- Cinnamon churro with caramel dipping sauce
