You are invited to participate in this charitable event! It is a great opportunity to Spring clean out unused or unwanted items that are still in good condition and take them to the people who need them most.
People often take their items to places like Goodwill and the Salvation Army, but many still have difficulty affording them or finding transportation to the stores.
TYWN Project brings the items to people who could most benefit from their use.
How it works: On the TWYN day, bring your gently used: clothing, accessories, furniture, small appliances, etc., and set them up on a table for people to come and claim as needed. That's it! It is also a great opportunity to show love, give hugs, and spread joy as you connect with people who come by. I have found that people don't just need things, they benefit from hugs and genuine smiles too!
At the end of the event, all leftover items are taken to the nearest second-hand store.
Come and stay for all or some of the event. Just please be aware that we provide treasure for people. One person's junk is another person's joy! We ask that no items that are: torn, have holes or major stains, are not in working condition, or unclean or untidy beyond repair are brought to be offered.
Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to see you there!
Andria Williams,
Your Friend and Chief Servant of City Rebuild Group and the TWYN Project
