Join the Sandy Hook Foundation for a festive evening supporting your park, Sandy Hook, at the Mule Barn Tavern in Fort Hancock! The Foundation is thrilled to have partnered with our our friends and neighbors at the Mule Barn Tavern for the second year to bring you our annual fundraiser, Sunset Soirée. This event will feature live music by the Danjos, delicious bites by the Mule Barn Tavern, a raw bar by our friends at the Lusty Lobster, and a silent auction featuring unique experiences. All proceeds from the Soirée go towards supporting the National Park in your backyard, Sandy Hook. See you there!

What should I wear to the Sunset Soirée?

Dress for a late spring party under a tent! Casual to cocktail are all welcome. Keep in mind that the weather on Sandy Hook can change quickly and sometimes can be very windy.

Will the Mule Barn be open for regular dinner service during the party?

No, the Mule Barn Tavern will not be open for regular dinner service on May 10th. They are our event partners for the Soirée and will be busy making sure it is a success! We can not thank them enough for their support of the Foundation and of our National Park, Sandy Hook.

Where should I park?

Park at the Post Chapel, Post Theater, or at Battery Potter, a short walk. There is limited parking behind the Mule Barn Tavern.
