Get into the routine of treating your body, mind, and spirit each week through guided breath, mobility work, slow flow yoga, deep stretches, meditative nidra (yogic sleep), and sound bowl vibrations. All levels welcome.

Participants will need to bring:

yoga mat

water bottle

clothing that is comfortable to move in

(optional) yoga props - blocks, straps, bolster, blanket
