Join us for the April Community Hike—a day of connection, exploration, and rejuvenation! Together, we'll trek through scenic trails, share stories, and cultivate a sense of unity and well-being. Everyone is welcome!

What to Expect:
- Guided Breathwork: Start your journey with calming breath exercises to center yourself and enhance your connection with nature. 🌬️
- Meditative Walk: As we stroll along the scenic trail, enjoy moments of mindfulness and meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace and awareness. 🧘♀️🚶♂️
- Easy unpaved Trail: This hike is suitable for fitness levels with good balance and strong cores, as most of the trail is unpaved 🌼
This is a moderate, 6.5 mile trail. We will pause for breathwork, and to have a bite to eat. Please bring a bagged lunch!
