Only your mat! Ankle weights and small weights are not required but are encouraged if you have them!

Yes! This class is perfect for beginners! Any movements can be modified as needed. I will ensure you have an effective session without compromising your capabilities or risking injury.

How long is the entire pilates session?

We will be actively doing pilates for 35-45 minutes each class.
