Entry to the festival is free, tickets are required for the HISTORIC HOME TOUR.

East of downtown Lafayette, across “the tracks” lies a quaint hidden gem called Sterling Grove. Recognized as one of the most historic neighborhoods in Lafayette, Sterling Grove Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Encompassing rich history and extraordinary homes this neighborhood is one of the Northside’s best kept secrets. Originally comprising around twenty-five acres, the neighborhood was once solely part of Charles Alexandre Homere Mouton’s plantation.

Tour a few of Lafayette's most historic homes while enjoying light refreshments.

A professional platform empowering women by encouraging a community of creatives.

Designing Women of Acadiana (DWA) was founded in the fall of 2016 as a platform for local women in architecture and design. As advocates of design in the fields of architecture, interior design, and construction our mission is to expand horizons for the power of design and its impact on social and economic issues. Our initial step has been to expose and educate women in Acadiana on several different aspects of design through our monthly meetings, home & building tours, and creative programming. Our cross-discipline approach to design, research and education has inspired the advancement of architecture in Louisiana over the past seven years. DWA is not just for people in the design industry, it is open to anyone who appreciates design and creativity with a focus on the built environment. We are a 501c3 non profit organization.
