Learn to sear and cook steak to your desired doneness! Each student will cook their own ribeye steak.

What's included

In this class, we'll learn to make:

Perfectly seared ribeye steak to your desired temperature
Savory pan sauce
Caeser salad with from scratch dressing
Cheesy scalloped potatoes
Molten chocolate lava cake

Students will work in groups of 2 to prepare the dishes. Each student will cook their own steak to their desired temperature.
