About this event
For the heart centered leaders, creatives & changemakers. A cozy 1.5-hour new moon gathering for connection and empowerment as we head into Spring. We'll explore yogic tools like breathwork, visualization, self study, and journaling to help you:
✨ Remember and reclaim your power
✨ Harmonize your nervous system
✨ Discuss & reflect on resistance and community care
✨ Plan one of your next projects with a little more clarity and confidence
✨ Connect with other creative cuties
Join me on March 29th at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET on Zoom.
Come as you are. Active participation is encouraged for best results, but you can also come and just listen if you'd like. Recording will be available, though I suggest attending live if you can.
Come ready with:
- a journal and something to write with
- a cozy place to listen from
- an open mind & heart
Save your spot. Can’t wait to see you there!

Frequently asked questions
Short answer: Connection. To connect with the cycles of the moon & the seasons, to connect back to ourselves, our power & creativity, to connect with like minded people & to raise funds for mutual aid and future programs.
This day marks the new moon which is an auspicious time to bring in new intentions. This is also just after the spring equinox which I believe is a more "natural" new year - a time for envisioning new projects and planning the year ahead.
Leaders, creatives, changemakers. Those who seek more connection and are deep believers in collective liberation. Those looking to attune more to the cycles of the moon and the seasons.
