What is this event?

This is an outdoor walking experience that combines the thrill of an escape room, the excitement of a scavenger hunt, and the suspense of a heist mystery. Work with your team of friends to fish out the suspects, crack the codes, and follow the clues through your the most iconic spots in your city.

Do I need to enter any buildings to start the game?

NO. You don't need to enter any buildings. The whole activity takes place outside and is fully guided by the Questo app. Just download the app on your phone and start the game.

What is the GOLDEN TICKET and how do I win?

The GOLDEN TICKET is a pass that provides FREE access to all the Questo events & games for an entire year. This pass will guarantee you access to all Questo has to offer, everywhere in the world! You can win the pass by solving the game and following the rules of the contest. Read more in the app.

Can we play as a team or compete?

Both! You can team up and solve the mystery together or compete to see who does it first. We recommend each player gets a ticket so everyone can follow along on their own device. As you explore the locations and crack the puzzles, you’ll earn XP points and climb the leaderboard.

How do I start the game?

After purchasing your tickets, check your email for instructions. Download the Questo app, head out to the starting point, and begin your adventure whenever you're ready!

Is this experience private?

Yes! You can play solo, with a partner, or with a group. No strangers, just you and your team of detectives.

How much battery does the app need?

A fully charged phone is recommended - the app uses GPS and screen time. However, anything above 50% should be fine.

How long does the experience last?

The average time of completion is about 90 minutes, but this can vary depending on your pace. Some players like to take their time exploring, while others aim to complete the challenges quickly!
