We are a seasoned experiential events team, specialising in upscale Brunch and Bar Crawls, elegant Day Parties and exclusive Sports Event Activations. Our signature events are built around major holidays from Halloween to St.Patrick’s Day, Cinco de Mayo, Christmas and New Year’s to offer a wide variety of fun things to do in your city.

Beside our elite Bar Crawls, we also offer bougie and boozy Brunch Events hosted at only the highest rated bars and restaurants. Our most popular Bar Crawl themes are Dress to Scare for Halloween, Ugly Sweater for Christmas, Rompers & Mimosas for long summer days, Mexican heritage for Cinco de Mayo and Tampa’s infamous Gasparilla Pirates Fest.

Our prime events give participants a chance to sample local hotspots in one fun-filled afternoon or evening, all while making new friends and discovering new places. All of our multi-venue events feature one free welcome shot at each bar, exclusive food/drink specials, costume competitions and fun bar games with a twist, from beer pong races to giant flip cup.

Beside our popular events, we also offer personalized event consulting for bachelor/ette parties, birthdays and special occasions. Custom corporate event packages and team building activities for groups of all sizes can also be booked upon request.

At Downtown Crawlers, we’re committed to creating memorable experiences for all our participants. While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, certain situations may arise where refunds are not applicable. Please review our refund policy below:​

No Refunds for the Following Situations:

• No-shows or failure to attend the event after purchase.
• Missing the mandatory event check-in time or failing to follow check-in instructions.
• Lost or misplaced wristbands, which are required for event participation.
• Being denied entry into a venue due to venue policies, personal conduct, dress code violations, or other reasons beyond our control.
• Being denied welcome shots at any venue. Please note, serving welcome shots is at the discretion of the venue staff and depends on individual circumstances, such as customer behavior or state alcohol laws.

Service Disclaimer:

• While we work closely with our venue partners to provide an exceptional experience for all participants, the level of service may vary depending on timing, staffing, and individual circumstances. We guarantee that all services will meet our minimum standards, but service experiences may differ from one participant to another.

Complimentary Tickets:

• In specific cases where we determine that an attendee’s experience fell short due to factors within our control, complimentary tickets to a future event may be offered at our discretion. This gesture is a goodwill effort and does not constitute a monetary refund.

Event Changes:

• Downtown Crawlers reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venues, or participating bars due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the event will continue as planned with comparable venues or experiences. Refunds will not be issued due to these adjustments.

Weather Policy:

• All events are held rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided for inclement weather unless the event is canceled in its entirety by Downtown Crawlers.

Ticket Transferability:

• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you cannot attend an event, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. Simply provide them with the ticket and inform us of the name change.

Refund Processing & Event Review:

• Refunds will be issued within 10 days of the end of the event. After each event, we conduct debriefing sessions with all our partner bars to assess any issues and identify areas for improvement. Based on these discussions, we may issue refunds or offer complimentary tickets to future events as a goodwill gesture in cases where attendee experiences fell short due to factors within our control.

Changes to Refunds Policy:

• We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace our refunds policy at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
