SQL Saturday New York City is a one-day, free* training event for data platform professionals. The day is packed with many of the best speakers in the field and is an excellent opportunity to learn, network, and level-up your data skills!

A Note on Cost

SQL Saturday provides free technical training to the data platform community. Its organizers, volunteers, and speakers are not paid to be a part of this event. The $25 fee helps to defray the cost of food, drinks, and supplies that otherwise quite expensive.

Any attendee with financial hardship is encouraged to contact the event staff regarding having the fee waived. We want SQL Saturday New York City to be accessible to anyone, regardless of income or resources.

Frequently asked questions

Is the venue handicap-accessible?

Elevators are available from the ground floor to the event venue. Volunteers will be on-site to assist during SQL Saturday.

What if I have additional dietary requests?

Breakfast and lunch will include vegetarian and vegan options. Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch or use the extended breaks to visit a nearby restaurant, if preferred.

What if I register, but need to cancel?

Please cancel your order to free up space for other attendees. Your lunch payment will be refunded, minus Eventbrite's fee, until April 26th. After this date, refunds will not be available.

Is There Financial Assistance Available?

If you are unable to cover the $25 breakfast/lunch fee, please contact our event staff. We will provide a comped ticket with no questions asked. Attendees will not be turned away due to financial hardship. The fee helps to defray the cost of food & drinks, but is not intended as a barrier to entry.
