What is the Spring Fling Wellness Event?

Poseidon Spa Greenville has partnered with Downtown Yoga Greenville, CORE Grow Strong, and other local businesses for our 1st event of 2025! Enjoy a wonderful yoga session with Lisa, or mat pilates with Jasmyn, before exploring local vendor booths for exclusive deals and promotions!

What do I bring?

For the yoga & pilates sessions Downtown Yoga Greenville will provide yoga mats. If you would like extra cushion please bring your own mat to place on top. We also will have water, but suggest bringing a water bottle. If you would like to make any purchases from our local vendors bring payment.

Where do I park?

Guests may use Valet parking through the Grand Bohemian Lodge! Street parking is also available at $0 for weekends, and no limit on time! There are also multiple paid parking options off of Falls Street.

What local businesses are at the event?
