Join us for this intergenerational affair – Spring Fling: A Speed Friending Event! We are welcoming Black women in and around NYC looking to expand their community, make genuine connections, and engage in experiences designed with them in mind.

Hosted at Our House, we’ll engage in guided breathwork, rotating 1:1 conversations, and share exclusive perks from community partners. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself, the foundations for new friendships, and greater awareness of local businesses and resources where you can continue pouring into yourself and your communities.

But why? Because community isn’t a luxury–it’s a necessity. Research shows that strong social connections improve mental health, increase longevity, and enhance overall well-being. Yet, as Black women in the 21st century, we often find ourselves navigating life without the deep, supportive networks that we need and deserve. This event is about changing that. By fostering meaningful friendships across generations, we’re investing in our collective joy, resilience, wisdom, and quality of life.

But community-building doesn’t stop with personal connections–it also means investing in the spaces, businesses, and resources that sustain us. That’s why we’re partnering with Black-owned businesses that pour into our communities daily. By supporting them, we’re not merely circulating our dollars–we’re reinforcing the ecosystem that uplifts and empowers us all.
