Join The Nature Connection in welcoming the spring equinox with a mindful nature journaling workshop!

We will begin with a brief introduction and orientation at The Nature Connection and then head outside to spend an hour journaling near Warner’s pond at Gerow Park, or along the railtrail walk to get there. We'll end with a closing sharing circle. Journal prompts and guidance will be provided as desired.

What to bring: your own nature journal, sketchbook, and preferred drawing/painting/writing supplies. Dress appropriately for the weather.

The Nature Connection will have paper, clipboards and some writing/drawing supplies to share. Bring your own snacks or a bag lunch if you’d like!

We will gather at NC at 10am.

Free, with suggested donation of $20
