Spring Equinox Hike – Celebrate the Season!

Join us for a Spring Equinox Hike at Hidden Lake Trail in Harpeth River State Park!

This 45 min guided hike will include reflective stops, a nature-inspired reading, and an interactive activity to honor the themes of balance, renewal, and growth.

Kids are welcome! We’ll have a fun Spring Scavenger Hunt and hands-on activities to help them engage with nature.
