• 72+ Hours Before Event Start: Full refund available.
• 48–72 Hours Before Event Start: 50% refund available.
• Less than 48 Hours Before Event Start: Non-refundable.

Credits for future events may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If you’d like to request a credit, please email us at support@intuitivejen.com.
