Learn how to create beautifully delicious and healthful 100% Sourdough Challah with award winning baker Cheryl Holbert! You'll be guided through the process of making and maintaining your own sourdough starter, exploring natural fermentation, and working with seasonal ingredients for a truly special challah that is sure to hold a place in your baking repertoire. Bakers receive Cheryl's Sourdough Challah Recipe, access to her Instructional Video for making a starter from scratch (or use your own!), steps for preparing your dough for the Live, Interactive Zoom Session on March 23 and Zoom Recording of Cheryl's super fun and detailed class to refer to again and again. All phases of dough development and baking will be covered in class, with plenty of opportunity for Q & A to demystify the process of making Sourdough Challah, while enjoying a great afternoon with other passionate bakers.

Can't attend on the 23rd? Not to worry, all registered bakers receive Cheryl's recipe, instructional video, live interactive Zoom class recording and email access for questions that might arise after class.
