Enjoy 75 minutes of sound healing by trained musician and Usui Reiki Master Ryan Warner with eight quartz crystal bowls, steel tongue drum, flute and more. Licensed massage & craniosacral therapist Christy DeHeaton will guide our opening centering and provide optional hands-on energy work during the sound bath.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow and whatever else makes you most comfortable and relaxed!
