SPECIAL CLASS ALERT: Join us for a 75 Minute Sound Healing + Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga Class at The New Cambridge Project Brewery. Melanie Klinck will lead us through a slow, mindful vinyasa yoga class while Doug Yaeger provides Sound Healing. No prior yoga experience is required!

You Registration Ticket includes the event & a ticket voucher for your first beverage (local beer or non-alcoholic kombucha).

You can expect a gentle warm-up, a slow and mindful vinyasa practice, and an extended savasana to take in the sounds around you. This combination blends the benefits of yoga with the healing vibrations of sounds from gongs, crystal bowls, himalyan bowls, ocean drums, rain sticks, etc. It is going to be a special treat!! Sound baths are known to encourage profound relaxation by calming the nervous system which has many benefits including reducing stress, anxiety, muscle tension, and improving sleep, mindfulness and overall well-being.

Don't miss out on this special opportunity to connect with your body and relax in a fun setting. See you on the mat! After class, stick around and unwind in community with others in this fun space!

10:45am-12pm: Yoga + Sound Healing
