Sound Bath at Rockin Porch Farms. Transform your body and mind through the healing power of sound. Our immersive sound experiences use the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to guide you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment.

45 min Sound Bath Class. Bring your own yoga mats, blankets, pillows or whatever you need to be comfortable lying on a the tennis court.

Optional free farm tour will begin at 9:30 am just prior to class. Visit our Nigerian Dwarf goats, minature horses & donkeys, and chickens. Our goat's milk soap and lotion products will be available for purchase after the class.

Please arrive 10-15 min early to sign the participant waiver. Farm entrance is located on Cherokee Road. Parking available on Cherokee Road and limited spaces available in the driveway. Do not park on the grass. No dogs allowed please. Ages 14 and up. Parking is limited so please consider car pooling when possible.
