Presenting the Soroptimist Downtown Redding Awards and Recognition Luncheon Featuring:


The Live Your Dreams Awards - The Live Your Dreams Education & Training Awards for women program is Soroptimist’s major women's education project. Through this awards program, Soroptimist International of Downtown Redding assists women who provide the primary source of financial support for their families by giving them the resources they need to improve their education, skills, and employment prospects.


The Ruby Award will be given to a local woman to recognize her for her work in helping women and their children.


Legacy Memorial Award will be given to a local teen honoring her volunteer work in our community.

Soroptimist International Downtown Redding was chartered in Redding California in 2000 and is part of Soroptimist International Sierra Nevada Region. Members of SIDR join with almost 100,000 Soroptimists in 120 countries and territories to contribute time and financial support to community-based projects benefiting women.
