✨Immerse yourself in the sacred sounds of: Tibetan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, tuning forks, bells, chimes, and gongs. Allow the tones to vibrate your cells and subconscious mind guiding you into your parasympathetic nervous system response (rest & digest) and tapping in to your Theta brainwave state. Experience zen, bliss, peace…and beyond.✨

🎶 New to sound baths? Here’s what some participants are experiencing: better sleep, lucid dreams, heightened awareness, visions, creative flow, journaling/writing, more peace, less stress, pain relief, headache relief, the ability to move more freely within the body, freedom, joy, forgiveness, I could go on and on. While nothing is guaranteed and everyone’s experience is unique, why not come try it out for yourself. Come with an open mind, and heart 💖

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear for the sound meditation?

Anything comfortable! Think sweat pants, or pajamas! Bring anything cozy that you like such as: fuzzy socks and eye masks/pillows, and a pillow for your head. We have mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets at the studio, but feel free to bring your own too!

Is fragrance allowed?

We kindly ask that you refrain from strong scents such as heavy perfumes or colognes, cigarette or marijuana smoke. Mild smelling essential oils are okay for aromatherapy use.

Is it okay to eat before I arrive?

If you’re going to eat shortly before you arrive, try to have a light and hydrating meal such as salad or fruit! Allow yourself time to digest if having dinner before coming.

I don’t have a meditation or yoga practice, is that ok?

Yes! Sometimes meditation or yoga can seem intimidating. No need to worry, the sound vibrations will quiet your thoughts! Give yourself permission to fully surrender to deep relaxation. No yoga postures required. Feel free to stretch if that’s your thing, however, laying in stillness is encouraged.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time. Allow yourself time to get settled in and set up.

Where is the free parking?

On the street, or in the big lot diagonally across the street.

Can I receive a refund if I can’t attend the event?

All sales are final. You can, however, gift your ticket to a loved one if you cannot make the event. You also have up to 3 months to use your purchased ticket.
