Join us for a Ceremonial Sound Bath led by Alyssa and Hannah, two gifted and intuitive practitioners of therapeutic experiences dedicated to creating a space for relaxation, renewal, and connection.

Alyssa (Sanguine Sound Therapy), an accomplished singer with a natural ability to connect deeply through sound, channels her voice and instruments to craft a profoundly soothing experience. She is joined by Hannah (Home of the Hearth), a skilled practitioner of Reiki, massage, and energy work, who draws on her expertise to create healing soundscapes that restore balance. Together, they guide you on a journey of peace and renewal.

This immersive experience weaves soothing vibrations, gentle frequencies, and spiritual intention to help you:

  • Release stress and tension
  • Restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit
  • Connect with your inner peace

Eye-covers will be provided.

Joyfully expect some kind of restorative refreshment to be served during each experience.

This is a family-friendly event.

Frequently asked questions

Is it okay to fall asleep?

Absolutely. It can be quite the compliment to know that you have slipped into such a peaceful and safe state of being!

Am I supposed to wear shoes?

This personal preference varies for each person and each space. If the space requests it at the door, then we follow suit. If someone feels more comfortable wearing their shoes and the space permits it, then we don't think twice about it.

What does "sound therapy" even mean??

Sound therapy uses calming tones and vibrations to soothe the central nervous system, promoting relaxation and balance. Instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and the voice create a peaceful space where stress fades, and your body and mind naturally restore harmony.

What about any health concerns?

You're simply lying down and listening to calming tones. There might be some incense burning. Not much need for concern regarding health; but, as always: consult with your physician if you are uncertain.

Is this a group or individual experience?

This is a group experience, but the atmosphere is calm and personal. Everyone has their own space to relax.

What benefits can I expect?

Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, less stressed, and more balanced after a sound bath. It can also enhance focus and promote better sleep.

What happens if I feel emotional during the session?

It’s natural for emotions to surface as your body relaxes and releases tension. Just allow the feelings to flow; this is part of the healing process.

Do I need to meditate or do anything specific during the sound bath?

No, there’s nothing you need to do. Simply lie back, relax, and let the sounds guide you.

Is it religious or spiritual?

Sound baths are not tied to any religion. They can be spiritual for some, but the focus is on relaxation and well-being.

What if I’ve never done something like this before?

No problem! Sound baths are welcoming and beginner-friendly. Just come with an open mind and enjoy the experience.

How is this different from listening to music at home?

In-person sound baths use live instruments that create vibrations you can feel, offering a deeper and more immersive experience than recorded music.

Can I leave the session early if needed?

Yes, you can leave quietly if necessary. Just try to do so in a way that doesn’t disrupt others.

Can children attend?

Sound baths are generally designed for adults, but older children who can sit or lie quietly are welcome.
