Solvang Rotary Club Foundation presents: Run for the Roses After-Party

The Foundation is a public nonprofit benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for public and charitable benefit purposes. The Foundation is organized for the specific purpose and objective of raising and using funds for the benefit of charitable programs in the greater Santa Ynez Valley area of Santa Barbara County, California (specifically but not limited to educational scholarships, athletic events, parks and recreational facilities, and programs for youths, senior citizens and the mentally, physically or economically disadvantaged), but also secondarily for the benefit of such other tax-exempt organizations serving charitable purposes world-wide as this corporation may determine to be appropriate beneficiaries based upon their charitable activities.
