Frequently asked questions

How long does each dog's turn last?

Each dog will get a timed run to sniff out as many treats as they can before their turn is up. The exact time depends on the number of sign-ups but will be long enough for a fun, rewarding search.

Can I bring multiple dogs?

Yes, but each dog must have its own registration ($25 per dog). If bringing more than one, make sure there’s an extra handler for each dog while waiting for turns.

What are the bandanas for?

Each registered dog gets a required color-coded bandana to ensure safety and clear communication: Blue Bandana = Social, ask before greeting. Yellow Bandana = Needs space, do not approach.

Can my reactive or “spicy” dog participate?

Yes! We have designated spicy dog runs with visual barriers to limit distractions. These runs are specially designed for dogs who need space.

Is the event off-leash?

No, all dogs must remain on leash at all times including while actively searching in the egg hunt area. No flexi-leads, e-collars, or prong collars allowed.

What kind of treats will be used?
