The menu is inspired by entangled history. As merchants traversed from Chang'an to Damascus, Almaty to Tyre, and Constantinople to Aleppo, cuisines were transformed by the introduction of new ingredients, philosophies, and cultures along the legendary Silk Road. Together, we pay tribute to the arterial network of trade routes that produced early examples of culinary cosmopolitanism.
The menu pre-sale includes every course, and serves as your reservation and payment for the event. Walk-in and a la carte ordering will be available during the event.

- Mezze set: chestnut & carrot muhammara, seaweed hindbeh, smashed cucumber & chili laban, pickled daikon + pita vegetarian, can be made vegan
