Is there a separate designated-driver ticket?

There is no designated driver status at Beer Camp. The primary cost of admission covers the cost of activities, entertainment, and general Beer Camp awesomeness. We will have non-alcoholic beverage options, which are included in the price of admission!

Question 4

What should I wear?

Traditional summer camp attire is encouraged, and costumes are highly encouraged (but not required). You don’t need to get fancy, just have fun with it!

Will there be a costume contest?

Heck yeah, we are awarding one group of costume-clad campers a set of free tickets to Beer Camp 2024! We define a group as 2 or more campers. Let’s keep it clean, people, but have fun and show your Beer Camp spirit! Our emcee will deliver contest info during Beer Camp.

How do I enter the costume contest?

Post a photo of your crew to Instagram using the hashtag #beercamp and tagging @sierranevada. Judges will review the posts and announce the winners near the end of Beer Camp. *Your profile must be public in order for us to see your photo entry*

What's on the menu?

Check out www.SierraNevada.com/BeerCamp for up-to-date menus! While we strive to have a selection that meets everyone’s dietary needs, we can’t guarantee that we will be able to accommodate highly restrictive diets.

Question 8

I’m over 21, but my baby isn’t. Can I bring her anyway?

Sorry, no one under 21 can be admitted, regardless of how far under 21 they are...but congrats on the new addition to the family. May we suggest a parents' afternoon out?

I’m having trouble with the registration system. Who can help?

At the bottom of the Eventbrite page, you'll find a “contact the organizer” button. Shoot us a message and give us a couple of days to get back to you. We'll get you taken care of!

Question 10

Something came up and I can’t make it. Can you refund my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, refunds will not be issued for this event. Fans now can sell and purchase through our sanctioned ticket resale platform, Tixel. If you purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, you can use this sanctioned platform to resell your tickets.

Are Admission Tickets transferable?

Yup, Admission Tickets are transferable. Please remind the lucky recipient to bring a valid government-issued ID along with the tickets. Reminder, Beer Camp is 21+. **NOTE: Admission Tickets are not transferable between different Beer Camp dates.

Oops! I’ve lost my license. Will you let me in without it?

Well, we'd like to, but we can't. Legally, we have to make sure everyone inside the event is over 21. Bring your passport or any other government-issued photo ID, and you'll be good to go!

Is this event rain or shine?

Heck yeah, barring a major weather issue, we’re going Beer Campin’! Check the weather before leaving your comfy house and bring gear for changing weather.

Is there anything I can’t bring to Beer Camp?

Firearms and weapons are NOT permitted on site at Sierra Nevada. If you can’t take it on a plane, it’s not for Beer Camp. Outside food or beverages. There will be plenty to drink and eat at Beer Camp — we promise! Pets or children. This event is for humans who are 21+, no exceptions.

I don’t like beer. Is there anything else to drink?

Sierra Nevada’s beverage portfolio includes additional offerings including Strainge Beast fermented cocktail and Hop Splash sparkling hop water. We'll have free water readily available through the event space. Make sure to bring your refillable waiter bottle!

Are there any gluten-free beverage options?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we’ll have offerings from our Strainge Beast fermented cocktail line and Hop Splash sparkling hop water, and both are gluten free.
