SHEFit Physical Therapy Grand Opening & Open House!

SHEfit Physical therapy is a physical therapy practice specializing in prenatal/postnatal and women's pelvic health, as well as pregnancy related pain, fitness, and birth prep. We invite new mothers, birthworkers, pre/postnatal fitness and wellness pros, women's health providers, and all San Diego women to come get to know us at this Grand Opening Event!

Enjoy appetizers as you scope out our new clinic space, mingle with our doctors and sample some of what we love to teach!

• 5:00pm Pilates with Dr. Paula
• 5:30pm Diastasis Recti with Dr. Jessica
• 6:30pm Raffle Prizes from SHEFitPT and our neighbors
• 7:00pm doors close
