Join us for a peaceful, rejuvenating hike to nurture your body and mind. Our Serenity in Nature Hike is a perfect blend of physical activity, breathwork, and meditation, set against the backdrop of a beautiful, easy-paved trail. 🌲✨
This Mother's Day Hike is an invitation for all participants, to bring their children or their Mothers to this event. There is NO requirement to bring a guest, all women are welcome!
What to Expect:
- Guided Breathwork: Start your journey with calming breath exercises to center yourself and enhance your connection with nature. 🌬️
- Meditative Walk: As we stroll along the scenic trail, enjoy moments of mindfulness and meditation to deepen your sense of inner peace and awareness. This is a 2.6 mile, hilly hike!🧘♀️🚶♂️
- Easy Paved Trail: This hike is suitable for all fitness levels, offering a gentle and accessible path that allows you to fully appreciate the surrounding beauty without any strenuous effort. 🌼
