Meet Hilary Clark: a Certified Coach, Mediator, and Facilitator, and a Trauma & PTSD Survivor with over 10 years of experience at Stanford University. Hilary is passionate about empowering women to reclaim their self-worth and build resilience.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Hilary Clark is a Certified Coach, Mediator, and Facilitator with over a decade of experience at Stanford University, where she created and led programs focused on personal and professional development, building self-worth, and enhancing emotional wellness. As a trauma and PTSD survivor, Hilary integrates her personal experience with professional expertise, guiding others to break patterns, rebuild self-worth, and cultivate lasting change.

With a Master’s in Leadership and certifications in DISC, Crucial Conversations, and Change Management, Hilary’s approach combines her formal training with her deep understanding of resilience and healing. She is committed to empowering individuals to develop self-compassion, embrace authenticity, and build confidence—tools that are essential for thriving in every area of life.
