Scaling Artificial Intelligence for Impact

A 2024 Boston Consulting Group AI Research Study revealed that 74% of companies have yet to show tangible value from using AI. That study and others cite lack of resources, lack of the right talent, skills and training and lack of strategic alignment as some of the primary blockers to scaling AI in a measurable and meaningful way. In this session, we’ll walk through the 3 critical factors to scaling AI for impact: Organizational Commitment, Strategic Planning and Effective Risk Management. We’ll share proven frameworks with demos and use cases for evaluating AI applications, inspiring innovation and measuring results to shape the impact you want AI to have.
