Wake up your body with an invigorating Vinyasa practice overlooking the ocean. We’ll flow, stretch, and strengthen—helping you feel grounded, strong, and fully alive. This session is all about tuning into your body, deepening your breath, and connecting in community.
🥗 Nourishing Lunch Break (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM)
Savor a delicious, healthy catered meal featuring gluten-free, dairy-free options designed to fuel and refresh you. Enjoy this time to unwind, chat with fellow yogis, and soak in the beauty of our oceanfront setting.
🌊 Afternoon Session: Breathe, Release, & Play (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM)
Ease into a slower, soulful practice with breathwork, meditation, and slow-flow yoga to soften tension and invite deep relaxation. Then, we’ll add an element of joy with partner poses and playful movement—because yoga is not just about the poses, but also about the connections we create along the way.
