Are there age restrictions?

Salon du Chocolat NYC is an event for all ages. Adult supervision is required for minors under 18. Age requirements may be in effect for certain onsite activities.

Who needs a ticket?

All attendees must register for a ticket, even if it's free.

Free for Children under 6 (must register)
Children (6-12): Requires a child ticket
Adults (13+): Requires a general admission ticket

Proof of age may be required onsite. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What are the event dates and times?

The event runs from March 21 - 23, 2025. On Friday, March 21, the event time is from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Saturday and Sunday (March 22 - 23), the event times are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

How do timed tickets work?

Entry is only permitted at the specified ticket time. For example, if your ticket is for 12 PM – 2 PM, you must arrive at 12 PM for entry."

What is the timed ticket policy, and how long can I stay?

Timed tickets grant entry at the designated time and allow approximately two hours for the experience. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere as closely as possible to this timeframe.

Are there age restrictions?

The event is open to all ages. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and some activities may have age requirements.

How can I register my child who is under 6 years of age?

Children aged 5 and under can be registered using a Tiny Tot Ticket, which is free. Simply add the Tiny Tot Ticket to the cart with your General Admission Ticket. Please note: The Tiny Tot Ticket and General Admission Ticket for the accompanying adult should be for the same date and same timeslot.

Are strollers allowed?

No, strollers are not permitted on the show floor. They can be stored at the coat-check area for a minimal charge.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
