Sounding Medicine - is one the most powerful healing vibrations to our being, mind, body and essence. Even more powerful in community, allowing harmony to flow through organically. No experince necessary, all are welcome exactly where you are. Let us explore through play the power of own sound, our unique instrument.

In this sacred Circle we will unite, initially guided through sounding, humming and toning then allowed to freely unfold into harmony, without judgement in a safe sacred space. Sounding medicine is based on the gentle freedom of one's own sound and the unfolding that comes from whithin and from the group's resonace. Together we create a space of connection and healing.

Let us explore through play the power of own sound, our unique instrument.
