Meet Your Guide: Caitlin Lili, Breathwork Facilitator and Women's Coach

Caitlin is the creator of Sacred Breath and a Women's Coach. She is also a mom of 2 - her greatest spiritual practice!! 🤪

She has been guiding breathwork since 2019, facilitating sessions for thousands of people. She has led breathwork at multiple local and international retreats, treatment centers, in-person workshops, and online gatherings.

Caitlin’s approach to breathwork is grounded and practical—she does not use crystals, tarot cards, sage, astrology, or energy healing in her sessions. Your willingness and breath are the only tools needed here.

Her belief is that the transformation is YOURS—she’s simply here to facilitate the space for your healing to unfold.

Frequently asked questions

What does Sacred Breath mean?

The word sacred reflects the deep reverence for the breath as a tool for healing and transformation. Our breath is our life force—something we often take for granted—yet when used intentionally, it can help us create space for renewal.

What does somatic mean?

Somatic comes from the Greek word soma, meaning "body." It refers to practices that connect the mind and body through physical sensations and movement. Somatic breathwork uses intentional breathing to help regulate the nervous system, release stored stress, and support healing and self-awareness.

What can I expect during the session?

During this 75 minute session, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation, a breathwork practice, and an integration exercise. We will have time for community shares at the end!

Do I need any prior experience with breathwork?

No experience is necessary! This session is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll receive clear guidance every step of the way.

I've heard breathwork is intense - is that true?

It can be, but it's also adaptable. Some people experience deep emotional release, while others feel light and energized. You are encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

Will I need to have my camera on?

Yes, all participants will be required to turn their cameras on at the beginning of the session to confirm identity. After that, you’re welcome to keep it on or off based on your comfort level.
