YES! We encourage you to bring a chair. Seating fills quickly so make sure to bring your chairs a few minutes early to save your spot.

Is outside food and drinks allowed at the Shag Festival?

NO! All food and drinks must be purchased at the event.

Is this an outdoor event?

YES! This is an outdoor event on the waterfront in Georgetown, SC. While there will be a tent, there is a strong likelihood that mosquitos and sand gnats will be present. It would probably be a good idea to take bug spray with you.
